HI THERE, I'M BRITTNEY!

I am the founder and director of Mountain Soul Yoga. Practicing yoga has taught me the importance of finding stillness in our daily lives, the power of movement, and the cure found in listening to our own breath. My life has since then been redirected, a path called to share these practices with others. Sharing yoga, meditation and the joy of community. Detaching from our daily demands and holding space in nature to rediscover and explore. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, as well as a Chopra certified Primordial sound meditation teacher. I hold additional certificates in BUTI yoga, as well as specializing in Trauma informed yoga. Some random facts about me: I’ve always wanted to be the tambourine girl in a rock band, and have been known to spend a pretty penny on sour candy.

YOGA

Mountain Soul retreats are centered around healing, breaking through limiting beliefs and finding time to restore. Slow down and make connections with like minded guests. While gaining insight on nutrition, and yogic practices. These retreats are a combination of rest, fun and exploration.
